Nose:  Sweet oak forward, honey soaked tobacco leaves, caramel praline cookies, and vanilla. Slight hint of pepper 

Palate: Not much "light", about this one. Sweet, leather and oak, honey, caramel praline cookies, raisins and dark fruits. 

Finish: A bit of sweet tobacco leaf, drying oak, and honey carry through the finish. Alongside, is a persisting leather and honey profile, on this nearly 21 year old, Hazmat, American Light Whiskey.
